1.1 click the feed mechanism button to enter the feed mechanism operation interface, and click the main feed control switch at the upper left corner to turn red

1.2 click the distribution mechanism button to enter the distribution mechanism operation interface, and click the main distribution control switch at the upper left corner to red.

1.3 press the reset key "reset" on the operation panel, the indicator light will be off, the startup indicator light will flash, the startup indicator light will be depressed, the chain will rotate, and the acceleration indicator light will flash.

1.4 click the oven button to enter the heating system: Wuxi Shenxin machinery: operation procedures of setting machine

a. Click the schematic icon of the circulating fan to enter the power setting window of the circulating fan, click the total button of the circulating fan to open the power setting window of the circulating fan, click the white bottom number box to open the number keypad, enter the required output power value, and press OK.

b. Click the schematic icon of the suction fan in the upper left or right corner to enter the suction fan power setting window, click the manual control button and confirm, click the number box on the white background to pop up the keypad to enter the required value and confirm. If you click the automatic control button and confirm, the exhaust fan will automatically adjust the power of the exhaust fan.

Click the digital box displaying the temperature in the oven simulation icon to enter the heating window, click the heating total to set the heating temperature, or set the heating temperature of each oven separately. When the heating temperature is below 90 ℃, click the small fire icon for heating. When the heating temperature is above 90 ℃, click the large fire icon for heating and confirmation.

1.5 properly thread the cloth guide 9 from the cloth inlet rack to the operation console, and thread the cloth guide belt (from the over feeding roller to the cloth outlet rack) along the correct cloth inlet route.

1.6 the red stop button on the lower operation panel stops the chain operation and the start indicator flashes. Guide the guide cloth up the stenter chain and press down the down button of the overfeed wheel for about 10 seconds, and the indicator light of the down button will be on. Open the motor of each part of the feeding mechanism to "1". Raise the slurry pouring tank, put on the rolling mill pressure, open the motors of all parts of the operating platform (except for the upper needle protection inlet button), and click the general control button of the upper left corner of the feeding mechanism to green.

1.7 start the front half of the machine, turn on the upper needle protection inlet button to "1" after the guide cloth passes the upper needle protection inlet, stop the machine when the guide cloth reaches the out cloth overfeeding roller when it exits the oven, and connect the guide cloth with the guide belt of the out cloth part. Click the main control button of the cloth discharging mechanism to green, open each motor of the cloth discharging part to "1" (except for the switch of the tension motor of the cooling drum) and restart the machine to lead the cloth into the cloth discharging frame, and then stop the machine. Turn on the cooling drum tension motor switch to "1".

1.8 click the stretching chain control button to enter the chain control interface, input the width according to the process requirements on the process card and confirm

1.9 according to the flow card, find the cloth to be processed, push it to the cloth inlet, connect the guide cloth, melt the Chinese materials and put them into the pouring tank (20L before discharging). According to the organization and process requirements of the cloth to be processed, the cloth shall be dropped, rolled and assembled. Set the parameters of each part, and preset the middle fast / middle slow, left fast / right fast of the finisher according to the weft skew of the cloth to be processed. Ring the bell to inform the incoming and outgoing cloth to start up. Press the start button after the bell returns, the acceleration indicator will flash, set the speed required by the process and confirm. Click the acceleration button to automatically increase the speed to the speed required by the process.

2 downtime

2.1 after the cloth is processed, lead the cloth to the operation console, tear the cloth, click the general control button of cloth feeding to red, and close the upper needle protection inlet button to "0". Start the second half of the machine, stop the machine when the cloth guide head reaches the discharging overfeeding roller, connect the cloth guide with the belt guide, close the tension motor of the cooling drum to "0", start the second half of the machine until the cloth guide is completely discharged from the cloth frame and stop the machine. 1.2 click the oven button to enter the heating system interface, set the heating temperature of 150 ℃, the power of the circulating fan of 50%, and manually control the exhaust fan and extract the air with 100% power, so as to effectively remove the remaining moisture in the oven, thus playing the role of maintaining the oven. After 30 minutes of operation, close the heating system and let the circulating fan and exhaust fan continue to operate until the temperature in the oven drops below 100 ℃.

2.3 turn off the main control switch of the power supply of the electric cabinet to "off". The computer will automatically store the processing data and then turn it off to clean the whole machine.
